• Participants are not allowed to download course videos; unauthorized downloading may result in denied access.

• Video recordings will be accessible to participants who have purchased Video Recording Courses. Queries regarding course topics can be consolidated and emailed to astrovastuparesh@gmail.com.

1. Declaration for Teaching and Marketing:

• Participants involved in teaching and/or marketing of occult subjects (including KP Astrology, Vastu Shastra, AstrooVaastu, Numerology, Lecher Antenna) must declare themselves before joining.

1. Course Duration Access:

• The access duration for each course is one to three months, depending on the course’s duration and the number of days.

• This Certificate given to each individual participant does not guarantee or warranty any type of performance related to the subject. This is only certificate of attendence that they have done the course successfuly.

Payment Policy:-

1] All payments have to be done in full advance by cheque, cash, online transfer to our bank accounts- fees plus GST.

2] There is an initial first Vaastu Visit charge- applicable to any first visit non- refundable,

3] Depending on the project size a full fees will be charged, which include additional Visit,

different types of Corrections to be done by us,

4] Any Visit out of Mumbai- Travelling, Stay, and other necessities of loading and boarding are to be borne by the Customer.

Refund Policy:-

There is no refund given for any Consultancy, Correction once done,

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment 24hrs before the time scheduled,

Any matter subject to a refund on any consultancy fees paid is non-refundable under any circumstances,

Any  matter subject to refund in totally unsatisfied clients, customers, visitor’s on any Energy Vastu correction’s  that to if the corrections have been carried in my presence Paresh P Gosar – or any consultant send from our side and there is any issue then within 21 days of installation you need to put your labour- People  at work to  uninstall the corrective measure’s and send them properly packed through courier ( Courier Charges will be borne by the client, customer, visitor them self), upon we receive the measure within the stipulated time period of 21 days to maximum of 30 days- from the time of corrective measures installed at your premise, we will refund subject to maximum payment as per the invoice generated less 25% and excluding any taxes paid to the authority- no other damages, charges of any kind or any other  legal charges or any damage to your property will not be paid from us, they have to be borne by the client, customer, visitor them self..

If the corrective measures are done at your end by yourself upon any suggestion given by us – we are not responsible for any so-called Result’s and we are not applicable for any refund on them- and No Refund in any such case even though you have procured the measures from us.

Any refund of any kind in extreme cases for any service or product will be accepted within a week to maximum 21 days, after that no matter will be taken into consideration nor accepted.

Any issue’s or matter are Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only, even for any outstation Vastu-visit, Energy Vastu Correction’s, or any of the services provided by us of any kind.
